At Rongqiangbin, we construct our plungers using C3604 brass as standard, coated with a custom multi-layer barrier: a Sulfamate Nickel barrier (minimum 1.25 µm) to prevent copper migration, capped with a hard gold outer layer (ranging from 0.05 µm up to 1.5 µm depending on application) to yield low contact resistance (<30 mΩ) and sustained mechanical lifetimes exceeding 100,000 mating cycles.

Magnetic Pull Force Engineering

Magnetic alignment requires careful balance: too weak, and the connection drops during movement; too strong, and it poses risks of peeling the PCB pads during disconnection.

We use high-grade N52 Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) permanent magnets.
